Exakt eine Woche nach Release der Standardversion von WWE 2K25 wurde die Spielversion 1.06 für alle Plattformen veröffentlicht. Dieser Patch verbessert in allen Bereichen kleinere Fehler, darunter auch wieder Textfehlern der Kleidung von diversen Superstars. Ein großer Brocken, wie z.B. das Royal Rumble Problem im Universe Modus, besteht jedoch immer noch.
